    • Wear gym shoes with rubber soles designed for indoor use to provide traction and support during parkour movements.

    • Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle to the indoor parkour facility. It's essential to replenish fluids during physical activity.

Class Rules

1.    Prepare for Class:
Wear proper attire: comfortable clothes and gym-only shoes with rubber soles. Empty your pockets and avoid wearing necklaces or loose jewelry for safety. No food or gum allowed.

2.    Warm-Up Protocol:
Before engaging in any of our parkour activities, it's mandatory to stretch and warm-up. This helps prevent injuries and improves mobility.

3.    Respect Gym Equipment and Layout:
Treat all gym equipment and structures with care and respect. Avoid any misuse or rough handling of gym props to maintain a safe training environment for everyone. Please do not use exercise equipment unless it is in the class curriculum.

4.    Active Class Participation and Coachability:
Fully engage in the class activities and follow instructions from coaches. This includes active participation in stretching, skills, and exercises.

5.    Attentiveness to Instructors:
Pay close attention to instructions provided by parkour instructors or staff members. Seek clarification if any guidance is unclear or if there are concerns regarding safety or technique. Refrain from using equipment or social distractions during coaching to ensure maximum focus and benefit from the instruction provided.

6.    Safety and Knowing Your Limits:
Watch out for other students as well as equipment when moving through the environment. If something scares you, don't do it without help or try an easier version first. Always ask if you're unsure. Choose safety over pressure. If a skill seems too hard, admit it instead of risking injury—your well-being comes first.

7.    No Bullying Policy:
Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards other students is strictly prohibited. Everyone should feel safe and supported in the gym environment. If you cannot be kind or courteous, please keep your thoughts to yourself.

8.    Hydration and Rest:
If you need water or to use the bathroom you do not need to ask, inform the coach as to what you’re doing. Take small breaks as needed. Proper hydration and learning to pace yourself are crucial for maintaining peak performance and preventing fatigue.

9.    Respectful Environment:
Respect and encourage your fellow students. Have positive interactions, constructive feedback, and friendly attitude for individuals of all skill levels.
