Welcome to our week-long parkour camp, an action-packed adventure that will introduce you to the thrilling world of parkour! This camp is perfect for beginners looking to learn the basics of parkour as well as for more experienced practitioners eager to advance their skills.

Camp Highlights:

  1. Skill Progression: Throughout the week, we will guide you through a structured skill progression, starting with the fundamental movements and gradually advancing to more complex parkour techniques. Our experienced instructors will ensure that you build a strong foundation in parkour.

  2. Obstacle Course Challenges: Get ready to conquer a series of exciting obstacle courses that incorporate various parkour elements. These courses will test your abilities, provide a fun challenge, and allow you to put your newfound skills to the test.

  3. Safety and Technique: Safety is our utmost priority. You will receive thorough instruction on proper landing techniques, rolling, and safe falling to minimize the risk of injury. Learning these techniques will boost your confidence and enhance your overall parkour experience.

  4. Functional Fitness: Parkour is an excellent form of functional fitness that improves strength, agility, balance, and coordination. Throughout the camp, you'll engage in dynamic exercises that will not only improve your parkour skills but also benefit your overall physical fitness.

  9. Camp Showdown: At the end of the camp, we'll have a friendly "camp showdown" where you can demonstrate your progress and take part in fun parkour challenges with your fellow campers.

Items Needed for Camp

  • Bring your own lunch/snacks

  • Water Bottle

  • Appropriate shoes/clothing

  • Any emergency item such as an inhaler (Please notify us of allergies or possible inhaler need.)

  • Please keep tablets or other costly items at home to prevent possible loss/accidental destruction.

  • Sign in/Sign out sheets will be available at drop off/pick up. Parents more than 5 minutes late to pick up may receive additional charges.
